Thank you for choosing QuizyPilot. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how subscriptions, free trials, cancellations, and refunds are handled for our services.
By purchasing or subscribing to QuizyPilot, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Free Trial
QuizyPilot offers:
- A 7-day free trial for monthly subscription plans.
- A 14-day free trial for annual subscription plans.
A valid payment method may be required to start a free trial. However, you will not be charged until the applicable trial period has ended.
You may cancel your subscription at any time during the trial period through your account dashboard to avoid being charged.
If the trial is not cancelled before it expires, the selected subscription plan will automatically renew and the applicable subscription fee will be charged.
Subscription Billing
All subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis according to the plan selected at checkout.
By subscribing to QuizyPilot, you authorize recurring charges through our payment provider, Paddle, until your subscription is cancelled.
Subscription fees are charged:
- Monthly for monthly plans.
- Annually for annual plans.
Prices may change in the future, but any pricing changes will be communicated in advance.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or billing dashboard.
After cancellation:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
- No future recurring charges will be processed.
- Access to paid features will automatically expire at the end of the active subscription period.
Cancelling a subscription does not immediately terminate access unless specifically stated.
Monthly Plan Refunds
Monthly subscription payments are generally non-refundable once a billing cycle has started.
If you cancel a monthly plan, you will continue to have access until the end of the current paid month, and no additional charges will occur afterward.
Partial monthly refunds are not provided.
Annual Plan Refunds
Annual subscription plans are eligible for a pro-rated refund if a cancellation request is submitted within the first six (6) months (180 days) from the original purchase date.
Refunds are calculated based on the unused portion of the subscription term. The value of the time already used under the subscription will be deducted from the original annual payment, and the remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method.
For example:
- If an annual subscription is cancelled after three (3) months of active use, the charges equivalent to those three months will be deducted, and the remaining unused portion of the annual plan will be refunded.
Refund requests submitted after six (6) months from the original purchase date are not eligible for a refund. After this period, annual subscription payments become non-refundable.
Failed Payments
If a payment fails, QuizyPilot may retry the payment method automatically in accordance with Paddle's billing policies.
Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or termination of access to paid features.
Abuse & Policy Violations
We reserve the right to refuse refunds, suspend accounts, or terminate subscriptions in cases involving:
- Abuse of the platform
- Fraudulent activity
- Violation of our Terms of Service
- Attempts to exploit free trials or refund policies
Payment Processing
All payments, billing, and subscription management are securely processed by Paddle, our authorized Merchant of Record.
