Setting Up Email Capture

Adding an email capture question

1. In the quiz editor, click + Add Question
2. Select Email Capture
3. Add your headline (e.g., "Where should we send your results?")
4. Optionally add a subtext line and an incentive (e.g., "Get 10% off your first order")

Field options

• Email (always required)
• First name (optional)
• Last name (optional)
• Phone (optional, for SMS)

Placement

We recommend after results with a skip option for new quizzes. Test both with A/B testing.

Consent and GDPR

Under Email Capture > Consent Settings:

• Add a checkbox with your privacy policy link
• Enable Double Opt-in to send a confirmation email (required in some jurisdictions)
• Set the consent label text

All consent records are stored and exportable for compliance audits.
